WELLNESS TIP WEDNESDAY: Reframing your New Year’s Goals & Resolutions

Whether you’re a New Year’s resolutions lover or hater, I think you’ll find this week’s Wellness Tip Wednesday video useful and inspiring.

You see, I think we’ve got the whole way we do goal setting and resolution making upside down.

When the targets of our goals are those things we want to do or accomplish, they can tend to lose steam, or worse, not feel as good as you thought they would when you get there.

There’s a better way to frame your goal setting – one that helps you live more authentically from the inside, out. It’s about getting underneath to the why and letting how you want to feel be the inner GPS that guides and sustains your intentions all year long.

Do you know how you want to feel… and how you might generate those feelings?

Here’s a link to the book I mention in the video: The Desire Map by Danielle LaPorte.

The workshop I mention in the video has past, but if you're interested in learning more about this idea, let's chat!

I’d love to hear if thinking about your core desired feelings this way shifts how you plan to do New Year’s resolutions next year!

And if you found this helpful and would like to share your thoughts - or if you’d love some daily inspiration and motivation for your wellness, self-care, and empowered living - I invite you to come join our private Living from Center Community Facebook group. I'd love to connect with you there.
