Come join us for a FREE Weekly Wind Down meditation gathering.

 

We gather on most Fridays via Zoom at 6:00 PM (Eastern) for a short 20 minutes. 


These simple sessions are an opportunity for you to re-set at the end of a busy week with some guided breathing, mindful meditation time, and reflection questions...so you can transition into your weekend and the next week ahead with more ease, contentment and intention.
