We'll have 4 weekly personal coaching sessions - by phone or video (via Zoom)
(plus email follow up and support in between sessions) for: 

~ honing in on your priorities - wellness isn't always just about eating right or exercise. Self care and wellbeing can look like many things in any area of your life.

~ learning the keys to how habits really work

~ crafting strategies that are useful and relevant for you in the moment

~ & effective accountability support to keep you on track
